The Belfast Telegraph Game Changer Awards with Electric Ireland aim to identify either an individual sporting female or female teams/groups who have used their influence to raise the visibility and increased the impact of women’s sport at either Elite or Grassroots level across Northern Ireland.
Nominations are now open and can be submitted through the Belfast Telegraph website.
Game Changers NI is Electric Ireland’s campaign run in partnership with the Irish FA, supporting the growth of girls’ and women’s football here in Northern Ireland.
Electric Ireland has proudly sponsored women’s football at every level since 2017, from community festivals at grassroots level to the senior players who have graduated from elite player pathways to arrive on the international stage.
Electric Ireland is passionate about supporting and nurturing the talent and commitment of girls and women and, in doing so, bring more attention not just to women’s football but all female sport across Northern Ireland and beyond.
