Inspirational business leader, Chanelle, Lady McCoy has been announced as the guest speaker for the 2017 Women in Business Awards which are taking place on 9 November at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Belfast.
The prestigious awards acknowledge, reward and celebrate the economic contribution of business women in Northern Ireland. The 7th annual awards are set to be the biggest yet with 11 categories including Award for Outstanding Innovation; Award for Advancing Diversity in the Workplace and Award for Outstanding Business Women of the Year.
Chanelle, Lady McCoy is recognised for her experience co–heading Ireland’s largest pharmaceutical company, Chanelle Medical, part of the multi–million–pound global company Chanelle Pharmaceutical Group. Being responsible for over 400 people and turning–over in excess of €100m, the newest Dragon on the RTE TV series ‘The Dragons’ Den, has recently been ranked 23rd in the ‘50 incredible people shaping modern Ireland’.
A huge supporter of women in business and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Chanelle hopes to share her experience of building a global business and giving opportunities to entrepreneurs who are the future of industries.
