The ACCA Ulster Chair’s Lunch was held at the Belfast Harbour’s Commissioner’s Office in Belfast where Frances Hill the Bank of England’s Agent in Northern Ireland gave ACCA and the business community a presentation. Ms Hill outlined the Bank’s and the Monetary Policy Committee’s views and outlook on the local and national economy.
