The Lughnasa International Friel Festival, will include Belfast's first ever kite flying festival, Kitetanica at the Titanic Quarter. The bio-festival, which runs in Donegal and Belfast between 20 and 31 August, is also the first annual festival to bring both sides of the border together, with the whole programme related directly to the work of playwright, Brian Friel.
