Lanson Chamapagne proves the perfect serve for consumers at Wimbledon

Lanson, official champagne supplier to the Wimbledon Championships (June 29 to July 12) is hoping to recreate the success of the 2014 tournament where over 28,000 bottles were consumed during the two week tennis extravaganza.

Lanson has been a key sponsor of Wimbledon for more than 25 years and an official supplier since 2001. They have recently announcing they will extend their sponsorship for a further five years.

Lanson is available during the tournament, throughout Wimbledon in all the nine bars and hospitality marquees in the grounds.

Disturbed in NI by UWM, Christine Kermath, United Wine Merchants, distributor of the iconic champagne explains that consumers can enjoy an authentic taste of Wimbledon either sitting courtside or closer to home.

“Regardless of which player fans are supporting at the 2015 Wimbledon Championships –Lanson can guarantee the perfect serve. To accompany the traditonal strabwerries and cream, consumers in Northern Ireland can enjoy either the classic Lanson Black Label, which offers a well-balanced and uplifting combination of power and elegance, or the number one selling Rosé champagne in the United Kingdom Lanson Rosé Label.

“2015 sees the return of the popular tennis ball neoprene jacket for Lanson bottles, which can keep a chilled 75cl bottle cool for up to 2 hours and are free with every bottle of Black Label and Rose.  This means that even when the scores start heating up, your Lanson Champagne will remain cool.”
