Easter is the perfect holiday for spending time with the family and indulging in some egg shaped treats, but when the foil has been peeled and the eggs have been cracked, many of us are faced with a mountain of leftover chocolate. Not this year!

Irish Chef Paul Rankin has come up with easy ways to use up the leftovers and get the kids involved in the process too.

“Chocolate from Easter eggs is perfect for using in some simple and fun recipes that kids will enjoy making and eating. Don’t be worried about having the finest chocolate or high cocoa contents, these recipes put the emphasis on making something tasty and avoiding any food having to go in the bin,” says Paul Rankin.
