hmv is delighted to welcome Ryan O'Shaughnessy to hmv Dundrum on Friday 10th August at 4.00pm. Ryan will be performing live and then signing copies of his new self titled album.

Having shot to fame with self penned song ‘No Name’ on Britain’s Got Talent, Ryan O’Shaughnessy has gained a huge following throughout the UK and Ireland. His debut album is a collection of hauntingly delicate songs that see Ryan comfortably sit next to the musical peers he admires, like Ed Sheeran and John Mayer.

But the six songs, written long before BGT came calling, also recall a time when the song was everything, reminiscent of singer-songwriter giants like James Taylor, Joni Mitchell and John Martyn.

hmv Dundrum manager Mark Johnson manager said, “Ryan already has a huge following and I would expect this record to attract a lot more new fans. It’s a great opportunity to see Ryan perform in person and pick up a signed copy of the album. There are a limited number of wristbands available so we would encourage fans to come down early to pick up a wristband to guarantee their entry.”

*Entry to event will be via wristband only. 300 wristbands will be issued for access to the event from the store on the day of the event from 9.00am on a first come first served basis, one per person only, no reservations, while stocks last, subject to availability, at participating store only.  hmv does not accept responsibility for any lost wristbands and lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
