Translink have organised a special Teddy Bears’ Picnic and Storytelling session on Saturday 12th May as part of Love Metro Saturdays. The free event is taking place at Belfast City Hall between 11am and 1pm in association with Libraries NI to celebrate the special Metro Smart Saturdays £2 Day Ticket (£1 child) which offers unlimited Metro journeys every Saturday throughout May and June after 9.30am. Families are being encouraged to take advantage of the great value Metro Saturday fare and bring their teddies for the special event where they will receive complimentary goodie bags. Children will be able to enjoy special Storytime events by Libraries NI staff. Passengers will also be able to avail of Metro deckchairs in the grounds of City Hall upon presentation of a valid Saturday ticket.
