The award winning Botanic Inns Group has achieved its highest ever ranking in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ and for the fourth year running is the only Northern Ireland Company to be recognised in the medium sized business category.
Botanic Inns which employs over 600 people has been acknowledged as one of the UK’s best employers and positioned at 35 is above a range of international companies. The company celebrated a number of milestones in 2011 including the 300 anniversary of McHughs Bar and Restaurant.
Commenting on the announcement Dominic McGeown, Head of Human Resources, Botanic Inns said “It is a great testament to our staff that for the fourth year running the company has been recognised in this prestigious list. The Sunday Times report which is based on feedback from randomly selected employees focused on a broad range of areas such as leadership, personal growth, wellbeing, fair dealing, how employees feel towards their immediate boss, their colleagues and their company generally, and what they feel about how much their company gives back to the community.
